God’s Love in us is a knowing thing and it’s not a feeling. That means it’s of our spirit, expressed through our soul and body.

Our soul feels, and our spirit knows. It’s with our spirit that we serve God (Romans 1:9). Our spirit expresses itself through the soul.

Many believers find it difficult to walk in God’s Love because they have allowed their soul to dominate their spirit. So, instead of them leaning on the spirit which goes with the Word (1 John 5:8), they lean on their own understanding and allow their emotions to rule over them (Proverb 3:5).

The food for our spirit, the solution for our mind and soul and health for our body is the Word of God! Thus, serving God has to do with practicing God’s Word which affects man three dimensional; that is spirit, soul, and body.

The Word of God says: “And He replied to him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind (intellect). [Deut. 6:5.]”

That means you can’t even truly walk in God’s Love without first of all live a life of the spirit.

In the above text, the heart which is our spirit is the first part to express love, then the soul follows and then our intellect which is just a fraction of love. That is why we can’t depend on how we feel when it comes to walking in God’s Love.

The easiest way to let God’s Love dominate our spirit, soul and body is by practicing God’s Love. That is how we serve God and shut out our soul and intellect from intervening in God’s plan of walking in love.

The Word of God is the only tool that separates the spirit, soul, and body (Hebrew 4:12).

It’s about time we switch from being carnal lovers of God and people, into spiritual lovers of God and people.

When we walk in this dimension of God’s Love, we will always prevail.

Remember: God’s Love is knowing thing. It’s not something that can be articulated in words.
