• Hebrews 10:5-10
• John 15:13

The practice of God’s love is the highest form of worship. The reason being, you are laying down your life constantly for the glory of God to be revealed through you. Worship is not just singing a song, but it’s a lifestyle. Jesus Christ demonstrated pure worship unto God by constantly living His life for Him.

“For I have come down from heaven not to do My own will and purpose but to do the will and purpose of Him Who sent Me.”
‭‭John‬ ‭6:38‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

“Hence, when He [Christ] entered into the world, He said, Sacrifices and offerings You have not desired, but instead You have made ready a body for Me [to offer]; In burnt offerings and sin offerings You have taken no delight. Then I said, Behold, here I am, coming to do Your will, O God–[to fulfill] what is written of Me in the volume of the Book. [Ps. 40:6-8.] When He said just before, You have neither desired, nor have You taken delight in sacrifices and offerings and burnt offerings and sin offerings–all of which are offered according to the Law– He then went on to say, Behold, [here] I am, coming to do Your will. Thus He does away with and annuls the first (former) order [as a means of expiating sin] so that He might inaugurate and establish the second (latter) order. [Ps. 40:6-8.] And in accordance with this will [of God], we have been made holy (consecrated and sanctified) through the offering made once for all of the body of Jesus Christ (the Anointed One).”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭10:5-10‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Doing the Father’s will was His lifestyle and this could not be accomplished without love for the Father and the world.

He ended up dying because of His love for us. Because He knew that it could only be through death, that the man could be free from spiritual death and once again eternally joined with God.

The Word of God called the laying down of Christ’s life “the greater love”

“No one has greater love [no one has shown stronger affection] than to lay down (give up) his own life for his friends.”
‭‭John‬ ‭15:13‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Therefore, the highest form of worship was in display when Jesus demonstrated the highest form of love by giving His life for us while we were yet sinners.

Walking in God’s love is the highest form of worship. And that is why doing things without love is a sin.

Let us all be dominated by God’s love.

Many blessings in Jesus’ Name.

Think and Act!!!!
