It’s a wonderful thing to know what God wants from you and to quickly respond to it. That is what makes us children and sons of God.

That is why the Word of God says:

“For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.”
Romans 8:14 TLB

You are not the one to tell God how you want to be led; He leads and you follow. For it’s your primary duty to always make sure you do the prerequisites.

Therefore the Word of God says:

“And so, dear brothers, I plead with you to give your bodies to God. Let them be a living sacrifice, holy, the kind he can accept. When you think of what he has done for you, is this too much to ask? Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but be a new and different person with a fresh newness in all you do and think. Then you will learn from your own experience how his ways will really satisfy you.”
Romans 12:1-2 TLB

Remember: God wants you to know what He wants from you.
