So too the [Holy] Spirit comes to our aid and bears us up in our weakness; for we do not know what prayer to offer nor how to offer it worthily as we ought, but the Spirit Himself goes to meet our supplication and pleads in our behalf with unspeakable yearnings and groanings too deep for utterance.” Romans 8:26 AMPC

Most of the time we hear believers in Christ struggle to pray or they lack the right words to use in prayer. God gave to us the Spirit of Christ to help us pray as we yield. He is the Spirit of Grace and Supplication.

And I will pour out upon the house of David and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace or unmerited favor and supplication. And they shall look [earnestly] upon Me Whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for Him as one who is in bitterness for his firstborn. [John 19:37; Rev. 1:7.]” Zechariah 12:10 AMPC

This day thank God Almighty for giving to us the Spirit of grace and supplication. Worship Him for He is our grace and supplier of prayer.
