“And to Jesus, the Mediator (Go-between, Agent) of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood which speaks [of mercy], a better and nobler and more gracious message than the blood of Abel [which cried out for vengeance]. [Gen. 4:10.] Hebrews 12:24 AMPC

The blood of Abel speaks of vengeance but the blood of Jesus speaks of forgiveness and restoration.

There is no restoration without a fight. That’s why Jesus overcome the enemy on our behalf by His blood so that we will receive forgiveness and restoration.

“The Lord said to David “And David inquired of the Lord, saying, Shall I pursue this troop? Shall I overtake them? The Lord answered him, Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all”. 1 Samuel 30:8 AMPC

My emphasis on the Lord’s statement to David is”…… without fail you will recover all”. Why because a sacrifice was made and blood shed. The price was paid already and victory already won. David going against His enemies and recovering all was an outward manifestation of a spiritual victory . The word recover also means restoration.

Today God is given to us the same mandate. By the power of the blood in Jesus name. Begin to reclaim all that you have lost.

Let’s pray together; Heavenly Father I thank You for Your word. I reclaimed(………..say what you’re reclaiming that was taken from you or lost) in Jesus name. Amen
