“For sin shall not [any longer] exert dominion over you, since now you are not under Law [as slaves], but under grace [as subjects of God’s favor and mercy].” Romans 6:14 AMPC

Why should sin (Satan) no more have any dominion over us. Because we are no more controlled by him. You see what gave sin power was the flesh. But God has given us grace in us in the form of the Holy Spirit to enable us to constantly walk in dominion over Satan. 

“Little children, you are of God [you belong to Him] and have [already] defeated and overcome them [the agents of the antichrist], because He Who lives in you is greater (mightier) than he who is in the world.” 1 John 4:4 AMPC

This greater one in us only cause us to function in victory as we surrender completely to God.

“So be subject to God. Resist the devil [stand firm against him], and he will flee from you.” James 4:7 AMPC

Today yield to God’s instructions and allow the Holy Spirit to cause you to walk in dominion over all the power of darkness.

Heavenly Father I thank You for Your word. Thank you for for given victory over all the power of darkness for greater is He that is in Me than He that is in the world in Jesus name. Amen
