For brass I will bring gold, …..” Isaiah 60:17 KJV

Every word that we receive from God Almighty must be tried and tested. The tests and trials that we face are not there to kill, us but they make us who we are in Christ. Many are substituting gold for bronze, because they choose not to endure with trying times. For gold to be gold it went through a process of being refined.

If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small.” Proverbs 24:10 KJV

So adversity will come because is part of the package of our walk with God Almighty. When the Bible talks of adversity, it is implying the tests and trials that come our way as born again christians.

The Bible says he that overcome will be rewarded. We also saw from our previous lesson from (Revelation 3:15-18) that gold stands for God’s word. And in it is everything that we need to experience God’s very best for our lives. The reason why many will perish with the world is because of the spirit of compromise. We will always be tried and tested with the evil things in this world to prove whether we belong to Jesus Christ or not. Watch out Jesus is coming soon. So quit compromising your faith.

Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.” Galatians 5:19-21 KJV

My dear brethren, one more time, examine yourself whether you are in the faith or compromising your salvation.

Let’s pray together:

Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your Word. I repent for compromising and giving into my flesh. Help me by The Holy Spirit to stand the test of times in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen.
