Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. [Ps. 55:22.]” 1 Peter 5:7 AMP

God Almighty wants us to cast our hurt to Him. We don’t need to be carrying about pain and hurt with us when Jesus Christ already bear it for us.

For Christ did not please Himself [gave no thought to His own interests]; but, as it is written, The reproaches and abuses of those who reproached and abused you fell on Me. [Ps. 69:9.]” Romans 15:3 AMP

That’s why we are commanded to cast it on Him and leave it there. As long as we focus on our hurt we will stay in the same place in life. But as we focus on Jesus Christ our Lord we will experience the joy and the peace He promise us.

I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]” John 16:33 AMP

Heavenly Father I thank You for Your word. I cast my hurt unto Lord and leave it at Your feet. Thank You Lord for joy and peace You have given to me in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen.
