However, we possess this precious treasure [the divine Light of the Gospel] in [frail, human] vessels of earth, that the grandeur and exceeding greatness of the power may be shown to be from God and not from ourselves.” 2 Corinthians 4:7 AMP
God Almighty has deposited in us a great treasure which is there to benefit us and the world around us. The reason why we don’t benefit from this great treasure is due to the fact we have chosen to be dormant in response to the call of God in our lives. The only way whereby we can be a blessing to the Body of Christ and the man in the world is by stirring up the treasure (gift) of God in us.
That is why I would remind you to stir up (rekindle the embers of, fan the flame of, and keep burning) the [gracious] gift of God, [the inner fire] that is in you by means of the laying on of my hands [with those of the elders at your ordination].” 2 Timothy 1:6 AMP
One of the ways in which we stir up this great treasure (gift), so that we can be a blessing, is by praying in The Spirit in Jesus Christ mighty Name.
But you, beloved, build yourselves up [founded] on your most holy faith [make progress, rise like an edifice higher and higher], praying in the Holy Spirit…” Jude 1:20 AMP

Heavenly Father I thank You for Your Word. As I stir myself up this day by praying in The Spirit use me through Your Spirit to be a blessing in Jesus Christ mighty Name. Amen.
