For one who speaks in an [unknown] tongue speaks not to men but to God, for no one understands or catches his meaning, because in the [Holy] Spirit he utters secret truths and hidden things [not obvious to the understanding].” 1 Corinthians 14:2 AMP

When the intents of our hearts (spirits) are made known to God Almighty, He in turn reveals His heart beat to us, because He loves us to know and do His perfect will for our lives.

So through the Holy Spirit, God Almighty makes known to us His will for our lives.

Now we have not received the spirit [that belongs to] the world, but the [Holy] Spirit Who is from God, [given to us] that we might realize and comprehend and appreciate the gifts [of divine favor and blessing so freely and lavishly] bestowed on us by God.” 1 Corinthians 2:12 AMP
