For You cause my lamp to be lighted and to shine; the Lord my God illumines my darkness.” Psalm 18:28 AMPC

The lamp in this text is our spirit. God is a spirit and without total surrender through relationship it makes it difficult for us to be guided by Him or hear His voice. Man is also a spirit. So for God Almighty to guide us, He will do this through our spirit.

The spirit of man [that factor in human personality which proceeds immediately from God] is the lamp of the Lord, searching all his innermost parts. [I Cor. 2:11.]” Proverbs 20:27 AMPC

It’s time for us to magnify relationship with God Almighty so that the hidden plans of darkness or our ignorance will receive the light of God. It’s only through God’s light that we are able to see and then move forward in Jesus Christ mighty name.

Heavenly Father I thank You for Your word. Enlighten my darkness through Your Spirit as I magnify my relationship with You in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen
