and I will bless them that bless thee, and him that curseth thee will I curse: and in thee shall all the families of the earth be blessed.” Genesis‬ ‭12:3‬ ‭ASV‬‬

It was through Abraham that the entire world was to be blessed and transformed. God’s purpose of blessings Abraham was to announce himself through Abraham wherever He goes and also that through him the world will be blessed. That is evangelism. We as the seed of Abraham in Christ have the same Mandate to bless this world through The Blessings that is in us. That is the Christ in us in the person of The Holy Spirit.

That’s is why the great commission was given to us,so that the world through us will be blessed.

And Jesus came to them and spake unto them, saying, All authority hath been given unto me in heaven and on earth. Go ye therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28:18-20‬ ‭ASV‬‬

This is our Mandate in Christ. And God is commissioned us as the light in this dark world to shine by bringing the gospel of Christ . So that the darkness in people will be expelled.

The world is waiting for us. Wherever we are, we are the light in our area of jurisdiction and in this world.We should let the light of Christ in us, in the person of the Holy Spirit shine through us.

Go out today knowing you’re somebody’s light in this dark and evil world.
