Today we read:
Numbers 20:4-12

-Food for thought day 340-

• Numbers 20:4-12
• Revelation 5-9

Live your life in Christ in such a way that you refuse to crucify Him again. Moses crucified Him twice, because of the pressure of the people. Instead of following God’s instruction by doing what He said, he acted the opposite.

“You have deliberately brought us into this wilderness to get rid of us, along with our flocks and herds. Why did you ever make us leave Egypt and bring us here to this evil place? Where is the fertile land of wonderful crops-the figs, vines, and pomegranates you told us about? Why, there isn’t even water enough to drink!” Moses and Aaron turned away and went to the entrance of the Tabernacle, where they fell face downward before the Lord; and the glory of Jehovah appeared to them. And he said to Moses, “Get Aaron’s rod; then you and Aaron must summon the people. As they watch, speak to that rock over there and tell it to pour out its water! You will give them water from a rock, enough for all the people and all their cattle!” So Moses did as instructed. He took the rod from the place where it was kept before the Lord; then Moses and Aaron summoned the people to come and gather at the rock; and he said to them, “Listen, you rebels! Must we bring you water from this rock?” Then Moses lifted the rod and struck the rock twice, and water gushed out, and the people and their cattle drank. But the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, “Because you did not believe me and did not sanctify me in the eyes of the people of Israel, you shall not bring them into the land I have promised them!”
Numbers 20:4-12 TLB

Moses didn’t allow God’s love ,which is His Word, to dominate him, instead he came under the people’s pressure and did not sanctify God in their presence.

Question: “How do you crucify Christ twice?”

Answer: By walking not bij faith in Him but by sight. Furthermore if you harbor unforgiveness or offenses. These are the main reasons why you sin.

Question: “Why do you practice sin?”

Answer: Because you are selfish and have not fully embraced the work of the cross of Jesus what has now become our cross in Christ (1 Corinthians 5:6-8-13 TLB).

You must know that without God’s forgiveness you will be lost forever. Faith in Christ causes your sins to be blotted out. That is why Jesus came and died and also become the forgiveness of sin to all.

Therefore, you refusing to forgive or trust in Him means you’re trying to disannul the work of the cross of Jesus and you’re expecting Jesus to die the second death.
Well, the good news is: Christ already died for the sins of all and His coming to the earth again will be for judgment.

Remember: love does not crucify Christ twice.

Refuse to break Christ’s law which is Love!

Many blessings in Jesus’ Name.

Think and Act!!!!
