Having cancelled and blotted out and wiped away the handwriting of the note (bond) with its legal decrees and demands which was in force and stood against us (hostile to us). This [note with its regulations, decrees, and demands] He set aside and cleared completely out of our way by nailing it to [His] cross. [God] disarmed the principalities and powers that were ranged against us and made a bold display and public example of them, in triumphing over them in Him and in it [the cross]” Colossians 2:14-15 AMPC

Thank God for the victory. Our victory in Christ is a guarantee. It’s not a feeling or a thought, but it’s a living reality. This text tells me Jesus Christ defeated Satan for me. And it is giving me the victory. That’s why any battle we are engaged in, the outcome is already determined. We must learn to praise God based on this knowledge not base on some kind of feeling that can fluctuate because of the present situation we find ourselves in.

But thanks be to God, Who in Christ always leads us in triumph [as trophies of Christ’s victory] and through us spreads and makes evident the fragrance of the knowledge of God everywhere,” 2 Corinthians 2:14 AMPC

Today celebrate Your victory in Christ.

Let’s pray together;

Heavenly  Father I thank You for Your Word. Thanks for giving me victory over every circumstances I am in and the ones that are still to come in Christ in Jesus name. Amen
