THEREFORE, WHILE the promise of entering His rest still holds and is offered [today], let us be afraid [to distrust it], lest any of you should think he has come too late and has come short of [reaching] it. For indeed we have had the glad tidings [Gospel of God] proclaimed to us just as truly as they [the Israelites of old did when the good news of deliverance from bondage came to them]; but the message they heard did not benefit them, because it was not mixed with faith (with the leaning of the entire personality on God in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness) by those who heard it; neither were they united in faith with the ones [Joshua and Caleb] who heard (did believe). For we who have believed (adhered to and trusted in and relied on God) do enter that rest, in accordance with His declaration that those [who did not believe] should not enter when He said, As I swore in My wrath, They shall not enter My rest; and this He said although [His] works had been completed and prepared [and waiting for all who would believe] from the foundation of the world. [Ps. 95:11.]”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭4:1-3‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

We experience God’s rest when we embrace the promises in our lives and make it our very own. God’s promises is what makes us to have and experience abundance. All we have to do is to trust God to fulfill them in our lives knowing the promises are yes and amen in Christ Jesus.

For as many as are the promises of God, they all find their Yes [answer] in Him [Christ]. For this reason we also utter the Amen (so be it) to God through Him [in His Person and by His agency] to the glory of God.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭1:20‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

God does not require our ability to bring into manifestation His promises for us. He is faithful to bring into manifestation all by Himself that which He has promised.

If we are faithless [do not believe and are untrue to Him], He remains true (faithful to His Word and His righteous character), for He cannot deny Himself.”
‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭2:13‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

What if some did not believe and were without faith? Does their lack of faith and their faithlessness nullify and make ineffective and void the faithfulness of God and His fidelity [to His Word]? By no means! Let God be found true though every human being is false and a liar, as it is written, That You may be justified and shown to be upright in what You say, and prevail when You are judged [by sinful men]. [Ps. 51:4.]”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭3:3-4‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

Thus, we must be confident and always know, God will be true Himself and not what we are able to do in bringing to pass His promises. His intention is to cause us to experience abundance just as He did with the Children of Israelites in fulfillment to the covenant He had with Abraham our father of faith.

Trust in God and live in absolute obedience to His Word.

Let’s pray together: Heavenly Father I thank You for Your Word. Help me by Your Spirit to always trust and be obedient to Your commandments in Jesus name. Amen
